CDR Young was born and raised near Annapolis, MD and earned his commission through the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps at Pennsylvania State University in January 1992 where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. He completed nuclear power training at Orlando, FL and West Milton, NY.

Commander Anthony Carullo is a native of Quincy, Massachusetts, and was raised in Central Florida. He enlisted in the Navy as a Machinist’s Mate in 1986 and attended Nuclear Field "A" School and Nuclear Power School (NPS) in Orlando, Florida. Following NPS, he attended Auburn University under the Nuclear Enlisted Commissioning Program, graduating in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He subsequently earned a Masters of Science degree in Management from Troy University in 1999.

Commander Robert A. Roncska, a native of Dunkirk, New York, graduated from the State University of New York Maritime in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering with a Nuclear Option.

Commander Mack is a native of Wheaton, Maryland. Enlisting in the Navy in 1986, he was trained as an Electronics Technician and selected for the Nuclear Enlisted Commissioning Program in 1988 as a Second Class Petty Officer. He attended the University of New Mexico earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1991.

CDR Meador is a native of Everett, WA. He entered the Navy through the NUPOC program while completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Washington in 1989.

Sisco, a native of Tucson, AZ, graduated from the University of Arizona in 1993 with a B.A. in Political Science and subsequently received his commission from the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit. CDR St. John, a native of San Antonio, Texas, graduated from Rice University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Following initial nuclear power training, he qualified in Submarines onboard USS CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI (SSN 705).

Commander Adams is the son of Army Sergeant Major, enlisted in the Navy in 1985, and was commissioned through the Nuclear Enlisted Commissioning Program in 1991 after earning a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Commander Craig Blakely, a native of Reno, Nevada, graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1989 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Following commissioning via Officer Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island and completion of nuclear power training, he was assigned to the staff of the S5G Nuclear Power Training Unit in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Commander Rogeness, a native of Forest City, Iowa enlisted in the Naval Service on August 26th 1980 as a Machinist Mate.
