Мероприятия на Гуаме

Начальник штаба, первый заместитель командующего ТОФ вице-адмирал Константин Сиденко и командующий военно-морскими силами США в районе Марианских о-вов контр-адмирал Джо Леидиг во время церемонии возложения венков к мемориалу памяти американских и японских солдат, а также жителей острова Гуам, погибших во время Второй мировой войны. Тихоокеанский Национальный Исторический Парк.

The Russian Navy is on the island to take part in a bilateral humanitarian assistance, disaster relief and passage exercise with the U.S. Navy off the coast of Guam. The exercise will be highlighted by at-sea and shore interaction with a humanitarian assistance/disaster relief scenario.

Chief of Staff and first Deputy Commander of Russian Federated Navy Pacific Fleet Vice Adm. Konstantin Sidenko, and Commander of U.S. Naval Forces Marianas (NNS) Rear Adm. Joe Leidig salute during a wreath-laying ceremony held at the War in the Pacific National Historical Park. The ceremony was held to commemorate American and Japanese soldiers and island residents who died on Guam during World War II.
